Comments Problematic cell line: Possibly misidentified/contaminated. Reported by PubMed=11787853 to contain the same HPV18 sequences as the cervix carcinoma cell line C-4-I (Cellosaurus=CVCL_2253) and to lack mutations in KRAS, TP53, CDKN2A and DPC4 often found in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Considered by PubMed=25997541 to be a bladder carcinoma cell line.
