Cellosaurus U2OS VIPR1 cAMP-Nomad (CVCL_YK65)
Cell line name | U2OS VIPR1 cAMP-Nomad |
---|---|
Synonyms | VIPR1 cAMPNomad; VIPR1 Nomad; cAMPNomad-VIPR1 |
Accession | CVCL_YK65 |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: U2OS VIPR1 cAMP-Nomad (RRID:CVCL_YK65) |
Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: In absence of cAMP, the fluorescent biosensor is localized in the cellular membrane. An increase in this second messenger concentration leads to change in the structural folding of Nomad biosensor that promotes its cellular relocation in the vesicular trafficking of the cells. Characteristics: The red cAMP-Nomad biosensor consists of a membrane localization peptide derived from interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain, a TurboFP650 fluorescent protein, a Ht31 peptide fused to a KDEL signal. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection/transduction; Gene=HGNC; 12694; VIPR1. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection/transduction; Gene=FPbase; JS838; TurboFP650 (Note=Far-red fluorescent protein derived from eqFP578). Genetic integration: Method=Transfection/transduction; Gene=UniProtKB; P00552; Transposon Tn5 neo. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection/transduction; Gene=UniProtKB; P13249; S.alboniger pac (PuroR). Derived from site: In situ; Bone, tibia; UBERON=UBERON_0000979. |
