Characteristics: Used for study of cell cycle progression thanks to the inclusion of a Fucci(CA2) (Fluorescent Ubiquitination-based Cell Cycle Indicator) construct. Characteristics: Transfected with the Fucci(CA)2 probe which consist of the fusion of mCherry to the ubiquitination domain of human CDT1 (aa 1-100) but with the Cy motif 68-RRL-70 replaced by AAA and of monomeric Venus (mVenus) to the ubiquitination domain of human geminin (aa 1-110).
