Cellosaurus PathHunter U2OS IkappaB Degradation (CVCL_LA63)
Cell line name | PathHunter U2OS IkappaB Degradation |
---|---|
Accession | CVCL_LA63 |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: PathHunter U2OS IkappaB Degradation (RRID:CVCL_LA63) |
Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: PathHunter degradation cell lines express a target protein tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (Enzyme Donor=ED). Pathway activation results in the degradation of the target protein. The degraded protein is detected by adding to the cell lysis buffer another beta-galactosidase fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Complementation of the ED and EA enzyme fragments result into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; 7797; NFKBIA. Derived from site: In situ; Bone, tibia; UBERON=UBERON_0000979. |
