Cellosaurus PathHunter U2OS CDC25A Degradation (CVCL_KZ99)

[Text version]
Cell line name PathHunter U2OS CDC25A Degradation
Accession CVCL_KZ99
Resource Identification Initiative To cite this cell line use: PathHunter U2OS CDC25A Degradation (RRID:CVCL_KZ99)
Comments Population: Caucasian.
Characteristics: PathHunter degradation cell lines express a target protein tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (Enzyme Donor=ED). Pathway activation results in the degradation of the target protein. The degraded protein is detected by adding to the cell lysis buffer another beta-galactosidase fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Complementation of the ED and EA enzyme fragments result into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal.
Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; 1725; CDC25A.
Derived from site: In situ; Bone, tibia; UBERON=UBERON_0000979.
Sequence variations
  • Mutation; HGNC; 9277; PPM1D; Simple; p.Arg458Ter (c.1372C>T); ClinVar=VCV002445214; Zygosity=Heterozygous (from parent cell line).
