Cellosaurus PathHunter U2OS AHR Protein Interaction (CVCL_KZ74)
Cell line name | PathHunter U2OS AHR Protein Interaction |
---|---|
Accession | CVCL_KZ74 |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: PathHunter U2OS AHR Protein Interaction (RRID:CVCL_KZ74) |
Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: PathHunter NHR protein interaction cell lines co-express a NHR tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (ProLink=PK) and a receptor co-activator tagged with another fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Activation of the NHR results in co-activator-EA recruitment thus resulting into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:348; AHR. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:700; ARNT (Note=With p.Met1_Lys155del and p.Ser271_Glu789del). Derived from site: In situ; Bone, tibia; UBERON=UBERON_0000979. |
