Comments | Characteristics: Transduced with a CreERT2-2A-GFP construct. In the absence of 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT), the CreERT2 chimera is retained in the cytoplasm. In the presence of 4-OHT the chimera dimerizes and translocates to the nucleus recombining the loxP sites, resulting in an Ogt null cell (PubMed=20926391).
