Notable Features |
Extremely rearranged with 27 structural abnormalities. Translocations involve chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22. No normal chromosomes 1, 6, 13, 14, 18, 22 were found. Loss of chromosome 13 and
del
(13). Most rearrangements unbalanced, but two reciprocal translocations observed t(3;6)(q24;q21) and t(12;17)(p10;p10). All cells contained double minutes (DM), ranging from 1-8 per cell. Consistent DM were found for chromosomes 13, 18, 5, 16.
