Notable Features |
Triploid, highly rearranged, with 16 clonal structural abnormalities. Translocations involve chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, with losses of chromosome 4, 5, 6, 8p, 11, 13, 19, 21, Y and gain of 16. The majority of rearrangements are simple and unbalanced. Double minutes (DM) were found in 6 cells, the majority of DM involve chromosomes 1, 5, 8, 11.
