Comments | Characteristics: Designed to detect bioactive human IL18 (and to a lesser extent mouse IL18) by monitoring the activation of the NF-kappaB and AP-1 pathways. In addition, the TNF-alpha and the IL-1beta responses have been blocked (InvivoGen).
