Cellosaurus PathHunter NCI-H460 CDC25A Degradation (CVCL_KZ69)
Cell line name | PathHunter NCI-H460 CDC25A Degradation |
---|---|
Accession | CVCL_KZ69 |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: PathHunter NCI-H460 CDC25A Degradation (RRID:CVCL_KZ69) |
Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: PathHunter degradation cell lines express a target protein tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (Enzyme Donor=ED). Pathway activation results in the degradation of the target protein. The degraded protein is detected by adding to the cell lysis buffer another beta-galactosidase fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Complementation of the ED and EA enzyme fragments result into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; 1725; CDC25A. Derived from site: Metastatic; Pleural effusion; UBERON=UBERON_0000175. |
