Comments Characteristics: PathHunter NHR protein interaction cell lines co-express a NHR tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (ProLink=PK) and a receptor co-activator tagged with another fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Activation of the NHR results in co-activator-EA recruitment thus resulting into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal.
