Cellosaurus PathHunter C2C12 KISS1R beta-arrestin (CVCL_KW20)
Cell line name | PathHunter C2C12 KISS1R beta-arrestin |
---|---|
Accession | CVCL_KW20 |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: PathHunter C2C12 KISS1R beta-arrestin (RRID:CVCL_KW20) |
Comments | Characteristics: PathHunter beta-arrestin cell lines co-express a GPCR tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (ProLink=PK) and a beta-arrestin tagged with another fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Activation of the GPCR-PK induces beta-arrestin-EA recruitment and complementation of the PK and EA enzyme fragments thus resulting into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:4510; KISS1R. Genetic integration: Method=Transfection; Gene=HGNC; HGNC:712; ARRB2. Derived from site: In situ; Skeletal muscle; UBERON=UBERON_0001134. Cell type: Myoblast; CL=CL_0000056. |
