Characteristics: This cell line contains a FIRE1 biosensor (mClover3-sensor, mCherry-control) and is transposed with two PiggyBac constructs FIRES-PBCS-CLV3 and FIREC-PBCS-MC2 flanking FIRE sensor and control fluorescent protein, respectively. The FIRE sensor is composed of a 740 bp sequence synthesized based on known mammalian IRP1/2 binding sites (PubMed=39824193).
