Comments | Population: Caucasian. Characteristics: Transfected with two plasmids, XLone-GemininT25D and pCMV-hyPBase. The XLone-GemininT25D plasmid contains in one orientation a EF1A-rtTA-P2A-Bsd region where rtTA is a reverse tetracycline-controlled transactivator, a fusion between a mutated version of E.coli TetR and the activating domain of HSV-1 VP16 and in the other orientation a TRE3G-GemininT25D region thus allowing the doxycycline induction of gemimin (DOI=10.1101/2024.02.02.578516). Characteristics: Using CRISPR/Cas9 the fluorescent protein mClover was integrated at the C-terminus of MTBP (from parent cell line).
