Comments | Population: Chinese; Han and Japanese. Characteristics: The parent cell line transiently expressing the luciferase gene was injected into the leptomeningeal space of SHO mice, after which the mice were treated daily with osimertinib. After continuous treatment with osimertinib for 2 weeks, the mice developed osimertinib resistance and were subsequently treated daily with osimertinib for 2 weeks (PubMed=34145930). Selected for resistance to: ChEBI; CHEBI_90943; Osimertinib (AZD9291). Derived from site: Metastatic; Lymph node; UBERON=UBERON_0000029. |
