Cellosaurus CH-RE5a.13 (CVCL_D3WU)
Cell line name | CH-RE5a.13 |
---|---|
Accession | CVCL_D3WU |
Resource Identification Initiative | To cite this cell line use: CH-RE5a.13 (RRID:CVCL_D3WU) |
Comments | Characteristics: This is a class II diphtheria toxin resistant cell line. The resistance of class II mutants cannot be overcome by increased concentration of the toxin. They possess a mutationally altered EF-2 which does not serve as a substrate for ADP-ribosylation by diphtheria toxin (PubMed=494060). Selected for resistance to: UniProtKB; P00588; Corynephage beta diphtheria toxin. Transformant: ChEBI; CHEBI:23994; Ethyl methanesulfonate (Methylsulfonic acid ethyl ester; MSEE). Derived from site: In situ; Ovary; UBERON=UBERON_0000992. Cell type: Epithelial cell of ovary; CL=CL_2000064. |
