[Text version]
Cell line name FS7-20.12
Accession CVCL_C4TW
Resource Identification Initiative To cite this cell line use: FS7-20.12 (RRID:CVCL_C4TW)
Comments Characteristics: T-cell hybridoma. Produces IL2, IL10, IFNG, macrophage-activating factor (MAF) and Ia induction factor (IaIF) when stimulated by concanavalin A (ConA). Compared to the parent cell line, produces relatively high level of IL2 and undectable quantity of the four other lymphokines (PubMed=6223094).
Species of origin Mus musculus (Mouse) (NCBI Taxonomy: 10090)
Hierarchy Parent: CVCL_C4TV (FS7-20)
Category Hybridoma
