Comments Characteristics: Embryonic neuronal precursor cells that can be maintained as proliferating cells due to the expression of a tetracycline-regulatable (Tet-Off) v-myc transgene. Can be differentiated to post-mitotic neurons by the addition of tetracycline, GDNF and dibutyryl cAMP.
