Comments Characteristics: Allows the detection of bioactive human IFN-gamma by monitoring the activation of the JAK/STAT1 pathway.
Characteristics: Stably expresses two reporter genes: SEAP (secreted ALPP) and the Lucia luciferase. In this cell line both genes are under the control of an ISG54 minimal promoter in conjunction with four IFN-gamma activated sites (GAS).
