[Text version]
Cell line name NCI-H1622
Synonyms H1622; H-1622
Accession CVCL_4364
Resource Identification Initiative To cite this cell line use: NCI-H1622 (RRID:CVCL_4364)
Comments Problematic cell line: Misidentified. Presence of a Y chromosome in cell line that was thought to be of female origin (PubMed=20143388). In addition according to PubMed=8806092 it is supposed to be established from the same patient as NCI-H1618 (Cellosaurus=CVCL_1480) but the STR profile is different.
